Are your products brand new or used/second-hand? What parts are included?
All regular products are brand-new original-quality assemblies, no used, refurbished or second-hand items. Used parts are available upon separate inquiry. The standard package includes the complete turbo assembly; accessories such as gaskets, clamps and pipelines are optional as package add-ons. You may leave notes for your requirements when placing an order.
How to confirm the compatible turbo for my vehicle? Can turbochargers with different part numbers of the same model be used interchangeably?
Please provide your vehicle model, engine model and original OE/part number (e.g. 17201-XXXX). Our customer service will offer precise matching to avoid wrong delivery. Turbos with the same housing, interface and mounting dimensions within the same series are interchangeable. Some actuators and wastegate valves have different parameters, which need to be checked against engine specifications.
What is the warranty period? What conditions are excluded from warranty coverage?
The standard warranty for complete turbo units is 12 months. Warranty is valid for non-artificial damage, installation faults and damage caused by foreign object ingress.Damage caused by oil shortage, deteriorated engine oil, foreign matter entering the combustion chamber/intake & exhaust system, unauthorized disassembly & modification, high-temperature dry burning and improper installation is not covered by warranty.
What is the after-sales policy for quality issues?
For non-artificial quality problems within the warranty period, we support free replacement, professional repair or discounted solutions with one-on-one dedicated after-sales service.
What installation precautions should be noted when replacing a turbocharger?
1.Replace engine oil and oil filter with new ones mandatorily;2.Clean the oil circuit, intake and exhaust pipelines to remove metal scraps and impurities;3.Pre-fill engine oil for lubrication before installation and idle the engine for pre-lubrication;4.Avoid sudden full-throttle aggressive testing after installation.
